Spring 2011
Our First Show of the year Brought home many Grands and
Madison brought home Supreme !
We have a few new foals with several more on the way be sure
to check back soon.
FALL 2010
We had a great Summer here at
Vintage Farms, Several of our horses attended NWMHC Shows all season and did
very well! Our Yearling Filly Basse Danse Ended the season with a very
impressive unanimous [3 Judge] Supreme award. She is also Currently in First
place on AMHA honor roll.
Her Sister Madison went Reserve at
the same show
Their Brother Rumba came home with Neck Ribbons from every
show he went to, and is currently top 10 on the AMHA Honor roll. Congrats
Nickie , You and Rumba made us proud.
We have placed several of our horses in wonderful homes.
Trooper, our Dandy Grandson went home with Stan and Lori Thomas, He may end up
at the the shows in 2011 with Lori's students.Hal went home with Katie and her
Husband and they are having a blast with him, they are now teaching him how to
drive.
Sassy and Molly went to a great family who have several kids,
And they may end up with a foal in the spring.
Paso has been sold to a Great Lady, Diana. She has him looking
like a show boy year around ! Look for him at a few NWMHC shows in 2011.
My Friends Shari and Gale Dingmon took home The Monarch
Granddaughter Silvey , and they also have the cute little Drama Filly.
Congrats to Gary Jensen on his purchase of The Bay pinto Oscar
weanling filly, LuLu.
We Dressed up Checkers and entered him in our local Parade,
painted the cart all pretty in Pink and added two sweet little girls, and one
Handsome boy.They were a hit !
Checkers also was the farm Mascot for another get together.
We added a pretty pinto mare to the line up, She is a AMHR all
star and a national top 10 .
SPRING 2010
We are having a gelding party in
May and have arranged for a really good deal from our vet, you are welcome to
join us. Please inquire.
Our First Baby of the Year
ITS SHOW TIME !!
We just got back from the
first show of the year and could not be happier with our horses, and their new
owners.
Rumba
We recently gelded Vintage Farms
Romantic Rumba and he went home from the show with Nickie and a nice stash of
Grand Champion coolers and ribbons.
Basse Danse
Taking home a neck ribbon in a very large tough Filly class.
Lindy
Lindy and Heather did a fantastic Job also taking a grand
Championship.
Ballet
Madison
Ballet, Owned by Kari also took home Blues as well as Madison
who we still own.
Paso
The Newly Gelded yearling Paso took all the blues in his
Halter class.
Toy
Toy had a fantastic show with his new Owners, This was their
first mini show and together they drove to many Blues!
Awesome
Awesome is being leased this year by Ivy and her Dad, It was
also their first show and they did really well!
Shari and Spirit also won Blues at their first show,

Farm News Winter 2009
Well, Things are finally winding down ! The show year was
Awesome, Boleros foals that were out showing all did exceptional !
Bossa Nova Won NWMHC Hi-Point JR Gelding in his height
class and then went on to win Overall Jr Gelding.
Rumba Won Reserve Hi-Point in his halter-height class
Tango showing in Canada also placed very well at the shows she
attended.
Summer's mare Wings also took home top honors once again !
Client Horses all did wonderful taking home several NWMHC
Hi-Point awards including Rookie of the year and Rookie Driver.
Several of Our horses have recently found wonderful new
homes, Twister and Zip went home with Lisa and are doing great.
Hank, our loud red roan pinto weanling recently found a great
new owner , sounds like he may hhit a few pinto shows.
Tara went home with our friend Christina and will be bred to
her outstanding Stallion ''Wild One''
Awesome and Toy are enjoying their new youth, Kylee and
Cassie. Their first outing together was the Veterans day parade in Albany. The
girls will be showing these two for the 2010 show season and we know they will
do awesome!
The Beautiful gelding, Spirit went home with the Dingmons and
it looks like he may be out in the ring again also.
Red will be getting his own Amateur handler this coming year.
He is a really nice boy and we are excited to see what his future holds!
Kari and Ballet are becoming fast friends and it looks like
they will be quite the Duo for the 2010 season.
Judy Took home Image my Shetland Hackney cross last year and
has wanted his mom ever since, so Barbie is now with her and Image up in
Washington
Mary Ann took home the Overo colt by Indy and out of the
cowboy Daughter Snotta.
Lundy has found the perfect home with Angie, Summer is now
putting some driving time on him and he will be here little driving gelding.
Another Bolero filly went to a great home , just up the road
from us. Lindy is now owned by Blue Star miniatures and will be out showing with
them in 2010.
The Hydes from Idaho now own the pretty mare Tigra, she should
have many awesome foals for them.
We have sent our Jr Stallion Vintage Farms Rhythm and Rhyme
[Cowboy,Dandy cross] out to Matt Davern to begin his driving career.
We hope to have a few of Boleros and Oscars foals to a few
shows next year.

We are excited to see how these girls mature !
We are excited for the 2010 foals , we are expecting three
from Bolero and several from Oscar and several clients will be having foals by
our stallions as well. O and We cant forget our most awaited arrival in
February, Little Miss Aspen !

Summer 2009
Our first show of the season was in Elma
Washington, The weather was perfect, the horses were awesome. The horses we took
brought home several Grands, Including JR Gelding, SR Stallion, SR Mare, and
Country pleasure driving. Shortly after this show we sold one of our favorite
little show mares, Deja She went to a great home up in Washington, we will miss
her!
We have had a busy spring and
Summer around here. The foals started arriving in late April and we have had a
wonderful foal crop. Here are A Few of the new foals
We have cornered the market on
beautiful Bay fillies this year !
We have several driving prospects
as well !
We went to our second show of the
year and once again had a awesome show, adding many Grands to the
collection. Our Jr Stallion Indy was noticed at this show and was sold shortly
afterwards , He will now be a show gelding in Arizona.

Vintage Farms Victorian Tango
We want to Congratulate Sandy of
Silver Birch Miniatures on her great show season with Boleros first filly.
We have been showing a yearling
gelding and a yearling stallion by Bolero and are VERY happy with them. Bossa
Nova has won many Championships and Rumba is leading the way in Points for his
class and placed second in the yearling futurities and has added Grand
Championships to his record as well.

The last show for us this season, was a great way to
end the year ! We at the last minute pulled Wings out of the field AND straight
to a Supreme Championship. Eclipse also went Supreme. We took just two
horses at this show and each took home the top honors !
We have been hard at work here on
the farm, updating the fences, putting in a few new paddocks, Building a new
shop and upgrading the foaling Barn . We have even added a IP webcam, so you can
view the horses live on the internet. it was a lot of work but it is really nice
!
We just ended the foaling season
with three exceptional colts, A loud Bolero pinto, A flashy buckskin, with 4
socks by Rhythm and A Solid Black by Thunder.
Summer informed everyone in June
that she will be having baby number two in February, She has decided to take
some time off after the new baby arrives. Oliver will be Awesome big
brother I am sure.
